EXW: Ex Works (insert named place of delivery) means that the seller delivers when he places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller's premises or another named place. The seller does not declare the goods for export and does not load goods on any collecting vehicle. The buyer bears all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the named place of delivery.
